Free Shipping
We provide free shipping for all orders $100 and over in the continental United States. We ship via FedEx ground or FedEx SmartPost depending on the package dimensions and weight. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your delivery.
Standard Shipping
We have a flat-rate of $10 per order in the Continental US only. We ship via FedEx or FedEx SmartPost depending on the package dimensions and weight. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your delivery.
Estimated delivery days will be shown for each shipping method at checkout.
We also have the option to require a signature for a $6.00 fee. The signature required service is an extra layer of protection in case you are worried about your package being lost or stolen. Should you turn down the option for the signature service, we DO NOT guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages.
Express Shipping
If you need your order faster we have FedEx Express Saver® (3 Day), FedEx 2Day®, and FedEx Standard Overnight® shipping options available for you. These rates are calculated at checkout. We know that sometimes life has surprises. FedEx also provides an excellent service called Delivery Manager. This tool offers more flexibility and allows you to manage your deliveries to match your schedule. You have the opportunity to use the Delivery Manager to hold your package at a FedEx facility, customize your delivery time, request signature upon delivery, provide delivery instructions, and request a vacation hold. The one-time sign up is free and you can become a lifetime member allowing you to change ANY shipment by FedEx.
Tracking An Order
If you placed an order online, you will receive a tracking email when your order ships. If you do not see a tracking email, please check your SPAM folder. If you did not receive a tracking email, please call 1-800-227-9224 to get tracking information.
Sun Mountain Warranty Information
WARRANTY POLICY
Sun Mountain warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace products at our option. Normal wear and fading of product is not considered a manufacturer's defect. This warranty does not apply to normal deterioration caused by wear or abuse. In the case of deterioration due to normal use we will repair the item for a nominal charge. Sun Mountain is the sole judge of any claim or warranty. We require the original sales receipt or warranty registration to make a claim. If you would like to make a claim or discuss warranty options for your item, please call 1-800-227-9224.
Limited warranty for Bags:
Sun Mountain warrants its bags to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase.
Limited warranty for Carts:
Sun Mountain warrants its cart frames to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from date of purchase. Other parts are warrantied for 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage, failure or loss resulting from misuse, accident, neglect or failure to follow instructions or warnings in the provided user’s guides. Pulling a cart backwards behind a power cart voids the warranty.
Limited warranty for outerwear:
Zippers, hems, and seams are warrantied for 1 year from date of purchase on all outerwear. Our rainwear has a 2-year waterproof guarantee from date of purchase.
Sun Mountain Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Policy
We understand that every now and then the item you purchased may not meet your satisfaction. If this is the case for your order, you may initiate a return or exchange on your merchandise within 35 days of your order fulfillment date (the date the order was shipped). If you miss the 35 day window, store credit will be issued on returns initiated within 60 days of the fulfillment date. We will not accept returns after 60 days.
If you would like to exchange your item, you may exchange it for a different size or color in the same model. We do not accept exchanges across model types.
If you are returning a gift, please fill out as many details as possible and a customer care team member will contact you regarding your options. Gift items are eligible for exchange or store credit ONLY.
As a courtesy to you, when you initiate your return or exchange, you will have the opportunity to also print a pre-paid FedEx shipping label to return your merchandise.
ANY ITEM MARKED "FINAL SALE" IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR A REFUND.

The original outbound shipping is non-refundable. You will be given a full refund for the item(s) as long as the following requirements are met: the item is unused, the item is not damaged, and the item is not personalized. All original tags and packing materials must be with your returned item. If your returned item is not in perfect condition, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: if the product was originally delivered to you damaged or defective or the wrong item was shipped, you will be credited for outgoing shipping in addition to the item.
