Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@golfgearsolutions.com.

No Shipping outside the USA. 

Shipping Options

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We may also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering. 

  • Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area. 

  • White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house!

Please be advised that once an order has been processed, we are unable to amend or cancel, due to the fast processes we have in place. Should you wish to return an order, please contact salesusa@golfskatecaddy.com

All orders placed online will be shipped by using the delivery method you chose at checkout.

Orders received for items in stock will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days.

Orders received for items out of stock will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days from the items being received into our warehouse.

There may be instances when items purchased are sold out/unavailable on the same day of purchase. When this happens the customer will be notified with a new shipment date and have the option to cancel the order for a full refund if they are not happy with the time frame.

Although a delivery time may be stated on our website, unfortunately we can’t guarantee timings as it depends on the destination. Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control.

Address Security

It is possible to request an order be dispatched to a different address to the one where the card is registered. However, it is at our discretion whether or not to comply with this request.

To ensure Customer Security, on occasion, we may only be able to dispatch to the Billing Address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. This will contain a link so you can track the progress of your order at any time.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they leave our warehouse with a full refund. Once the product has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Returns and Restocking: If a customer chooses to return the product after it has shipped, they are responsible for return shipping fees and a restocking fee. Returned items must be in working condition to be eligible for a partial refund. The exact restocking fee will be determined based on the product’s condition upon receipt.

Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: Orders typically take 2 business days from the time they leave our warehouse to arrive at the customer’s front door.
  • Carrier: We use FedEx for all our deliveries to ensure reliable and timely service.
  • Order Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Delivery Methods

  • Standard Delivery: Our default delivery method is front door delivery. However, some orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe handling. Customers will be informed if a signature is necessary.
  • Curbside or Front Door Delivery: Items will be delivered to the front door. Please note that FedEx delivery personnel are not responsible for bringing items inside or unboxing products.

Packaging Information

  • Sturdy Packaging: All items are carefully packaged in sturdy boxes to protect them during transit. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the package upon arrival.

Damaged Packages

  • Reporting Damages: If a package arrives damaged, customers should not accept it. Contact us immediately so we can handle the situation with FedEx.
  • Replacement or Refund: If the unit inside the damaged package is also damaged, we will offer a full refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer, including covering the shipping fees for the replacement.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

We provide free shipping for all orders $100 and over in the continental United States. We ship via FedEx ground or FedEx SmartPost depending on the package dimensions and weight. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your delivery.

Standard Shipping

We have a flat-rate of $10 per order in the Continental US only. We ship via FedEx or FedEx SmartPost depending on the package dimensions and weight. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your delivery.

Estimated delivery days will be shown for each shipping method at checkout.

We also have the option to require a signature for a $6.00 fee. The signature required service is an extra layer of protection in case you are worried about your package being lost or stolen. Should you turn down the option for the signature service, we DO NOT guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages.

Express Shipping

If you need your order faster we have FedEx Express Saver® (3 Day), FedEx 2Day®, and FedEx Standard Overnight® shipping options available for you. These rates are calculated at checkout. All orders ship the business day after the order is placed. Estimated delivery days will be shown for each shipping method at checkout.

We provide an estimated delivery time for each shipping option to help you plan the arrival of your item(s).

We know that sometimes life has surprises. FedEx also provides an excellent service called Delivery Manager. This tool offers more flexibility and allows you to manage your deliveries to match your schedule. You have the opportunity to use the Delivery Manager to hold your package at a FedEx facility, customize your delivery time, request signature upon delivery, provide delivery instructions, and request a vacation hold. The one-time sign up is free and you can become a lifetime member allowing you to change ANY shipment by FedEx.

Tracking An Order

If you placed an order online, you will receive a tracking email when your order ships. If you do not see a tracking email, please check your SPAM folder. If you did not receive a tracking email, please call 1-800-227-9224 to get tracking information.

The SportScreen Shipping Policy

The SportScreen Ltd. uses a variety of shipping carriers for all orders depending on rates to ensure you get the best price possible. Shipping times vary, once orders are processed tracking information is sent accordingly. We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Please contact us for international shipping options.

Lead Times:

– Golf Studios (3 – 7 business days)

– Standard SportScreens (1-3 business days)

– Custom SportScreens & Custom Golf Studios (10 – 15 business days)

*Please be aware that the lead times provided are for processing within our facility; courier transit times may vary.

Delivery Issues: If your package is not received or has delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. The carrier’s contact information can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

Assistance with Delivery Problems: If you have difficulty reaching the carrier or if there is an issue with the package itself, please contact us at info@thesportscreen.com. We will assist in resolving the matter.

Re-Delivery Costs: If the package is out for delivery but not received by you, The SportScreen is not responsible for any additional costs. Any expenses incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping charges are non refundable and return shipping is at the customer’s expense. When returning product, a restocking fee of 35% will be applied on the value of the product being returned. Please see the Refund/Return Policy section for additional information.
